The log looks fine
Your version of Ewido is abit out of date as its now named AVG Anti-Spyware so you could uninstall that from the Add/Remove screen then update to the latest version and run a full scan as it might help to show if there is any malware issues.
You can download AVG Anti-Spyware from either of these sites:

Please post back the scan log if it detects any infections and let us know if your having any problems,
