My copy of CCleaner seems to run on C: drive by default. I also have a D: drive. how can I get it to run on that ??
Thanks in advance.

Normally, you would only run CCleaner on the drive on which your operating system resides.

If you have another operating system on the other drive, I think you have to install another instance of it.

If you just have specific folders or files to clean on the other drive, use Options > Custom > Custom Files and Folders to Clean.

I'm same situation. OS (XP home) on the C drive, most "third party" software, and personal files, photos etc on the D drive. CCleaner is installed to run on the D drive but cleans OS files from the C as though it were installed there, plus the custom folders selected.
Be interesting to hear from anyone who does have an OS on 2 drives.

You'd probably have to have CCleaner installed onto each OS and clean them separately. That's the only work around I can think of that would work.
Complexity of incoherent design.
