Every time I download an update on the CCleaner I have the yahoo-toolbar installed on my computer. Why is that? Is that necessary?

Welcome to the forum Vigron
You must be using the standard build, use the slim build from here, it has no toolbar

Vigron, you can always go to add and remove programs in your control panel and uninstall the yahoo toolbar from there.
