I am having a continual problem with CCleaner (latest version) not clearing my url history.
Any suggestions?

Just wait a short while, maybe a few days for CC 1.35 to be released to remove some of the problems you've noticed.

same issue here on Vista 6.00 and IE 7... not clearing history.
