This is still a problem in v1.36.430.
To remove latent thumbnails and Recently Browsed list, the solution is as simple as emptying "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\OIS"
Please add this simple feature.
Welcome to the CCleaner Forums Yoga Man!
The ability to do that already exists, here's how:
- Enable the view of hidden files and folders via Folder Options in the Control Panel. You'll have to set this back to the default setting once finished.
- Run CCleaner and click: Options->Custom->Add Folder
then browse to that folder you want emptied.
- Now still in CCleaner click the large Cleaner button, and under Advanced tick the following: Custom Files and Folders.
Done!
