First of all, very nice tool, but...

in Microsoft Office Picture Manager there's a "feature" that stores recently browsed pictures (in "Picture Shortcuts"). Isn't it possible to clear these references with CCleaner? Would be very nice :)

Thanks in advance.

This is still a problem in v1.36.430.

To remove latent thumbnails and Recently Browsed list, the solution is as simple as emptying "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\OIS"

Please add this simple feature.

Welcome to the CCleaner Forums Yoga Man! :)

The ability to do that already exists, here's how:
  • Enable the view of hidden files and folders via Folder Options in the Control Panel. You'll have to set this back to the default setting once finished.
  • Run CCleaner and click: Options->Custom->Add Folder
then browse to that folder you want emptied.
  • Now still in CCleaner click the large Cleaner button, and under Advanced tick the following: Custom Files and Folders.
    Done!

Complexity of incoherent design.
