INFECTED: Virus/Spyware. Need your help to remove.

I ran my antivirus program yesterday and it detected Win32.Mixor.A@mm. The antivirus progam that I have is Bitdefender antivirus v10. The status report read: Failed to disinfect/Failed to move so that means my computer is still infected with this Virus/Spyware. Can some PLEASE show me how I can remove it.?
The steps that I tried so far are as follows: I ran all of the following online antivirus scanners and they all failed to detect it. Btidefender/TrendMicro Housecall/and PandaActive.

Your going to need to post a hijackthis log.
Download hijackthis here:
http://www.thespykil...es/HJTSetup.exe

Then open the program and choose to scan and save log file. Post that log onto the forum.
