 I'm infected with a virus/spyware that I can't remove. Can anyone PLEASE help me remove it.? Virus/Spyware Name: Win32.Mixor.A@mm. I ran my antivirus program which is Bitdefender antivirus v10 and it detected the Virus /Spyware but the status reads: Failed to Disinfect,Failed to move. So that means it's still on my computer.
The steps that I have taken so far to try and remove it are as follows: I ran Bitdefender antivirus online scanner/Trend Micro Housecall antivirus online scanner and PandaActive antivirus online scanner and they all came up clean. They did not detect any thing.
Is thier anyone that can PLEASE help me to remove this Virus/Spyware,?

Hi,

It is common message from Bid Defender that I used to receive as well.
Avast Free for example is better ... both are free maybe you should try the swirch.

It is virus not adware, cause Bid Defender catches on viruses.
