Or does this fall under the domain (no pun intended) of "if it ain't broke don't fix it"? Also if you do this, do you need to set both your router and your pc? As always, Thank You!

i think only your router because windows is set to auto-acquire the DNS server. and the router is the thing that lets windows access the internet.

i am a user and i have noticed some speedup by using it(i'm using cable though).
