When I add additional files or folders under the Option button, they work a couple of times, then disappear entirely. I have to periodically add these files that I want cleaned out when I run CCleaner. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in the program?

If you use another registry cleaner such as EasyCleaner, RegSeeker, etc., you have to input into them to ignore/exclude CCleaner's settings as it's common for a few registry cleaners to remove CCleaners settings. If that's not the problem I don't know what would cause the settings to disappear.
