Does the forum have a bug in it that just started today?
I've noticed several sections that show on the main page the most recent post but when opening a particular forum section the post listed isn't really the most recent one.
Complexity of incoherent design.

lots of bugs it looks like, after i view some topics, they dont mark as read.
also, look at the people on the main page that havent been on since 11 this morning!
seems like the forum needs to be reset.

One of the bugs I noticed earlier today was when posting in a thread I'd have to log back in, it was as if it didn't recognise the cookie on my system.

Yeah like my reply above about being logged in. It had me scratching my head and wondering if I had ran CCleaner and wiped out my cookies with the browser open, but when it happened twice I realized it wasn't something I had did on my end.

I'm not really sure whats happening.(nothing I can really do anyway)
I did notice it says 200 and something guests so maybe its just being overloaded(if there are even that many guests. Usually its around 40-60)
