I'm not excited one bit whatsoever from the IE7 screenshots I've seen. But with that said I don't really use it that often and only for the MS Updates website or a website that doesn't function correctly in either Opera or Firefox, the only thing useful in my opinion would be enhanced security to avoid some exploits, that is until one month later when it gets patched, and the month after that, etc.
Complexity of incoherent design.
