im looking for a program that logs what is being changed in the registry and when.
i did a google search but came up with absolutely nothing, maybe i just dont know how to search.. <_< <_<

Do you mean something like MJ Registry Watcher ?

i was looking for a more all around one, i use teatimer from spybot for that.

Another option is InCtrl5. It allows you to take snapshots before and after an event, and produces a log listing all registry changes.
