internet "went out"

last night we had the power go out.
i started up the computer, and firefox installed the new updates.
im not sure what it is but now i cant access the internet on that computer with FF or IE.
other computers on the network still work and it says its connected to the network.
something strange is i couldnt access my routers settings or any other webpage but it didnt come up with an error.
i could also access the yahoo mail page but thats it.
ill post a screenshot if anyone needs it. <_<

figured out it was ZA which was causing the problems after a reinstall/update.
