CCleaner is not cleaning the following issue:

The Start Menu folder referenced by: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu2\Programs\Microsoft Office\Microsoft Office ??? could not be located. These references are often left behind after uninstalling software.

I have followed the advice in Taruns pinned topic but that doesn't fix the problem

Any ideas???
