I cant install CCleaner, when I try it stops with a message saying error opening file to write: c:\document and settings\jinu\local setting\temp\ytb2.exe

Where are you trying to install CCleaner from?
You should get it from Here
Choose "slim build" - No toolbar / English only.

Also JINU make sure you choose save, and not open, when asked what you want to do with the download, and then choose your desktop as the place you want to download to.
