ive been useing cleaner for years but now it wont work.when i run issues that does work but when i run the other one it goes about one forth done.then it freezes everything up.

Have you tried running ccleaner in safe mode?
If this doesnt work perhaps you may like to post back and tell us your operating system, what version of ccleaner you have, and if you have run all you anti virus/malware scans.
