When you open ccleaner on the top left hand corner it displays some details about your PC.

I have a dual processor PC, but ccleaner only says I have one processor

it may not be able to detect dual processor.
have you tried it on another PC with dual processor and if so, does it work?

So, Ccleaner doesn't detect the currect amount of RAM. Only detects 703MB and not 704MB

haha, Ccleaner isnt made just for that purpose.
its kind of a side feature for "new users" to see what they have.
maybe if you dont like Ccleaner, you can ask for your money back
