Add just a sentence or two further explaining what each option is. Make this info available via a tooltip when the user hovers over a particular item in the list.
For example: "Other Explorer MRUs" could have a tooltip like "Other Most Recently Used (MRUs) lists in explorer such as ...."
You can explain in "Old Prefetch data" what exactly "old" means.
