Hi guys, I have searched this site many times before and found tons of useful info about keeping my computer in great running condition. Now it seems to have slowed down a lot and I just don't know why.
hopfully this log will clue you guys to something but I don't see anything in here that puts a flag up in my head.

My internet connection is what is really bad. I have Cable internet and it runs slower than DSL. My ISP has done tons of checks and said that it has to be something in my computer. Sometimes I even loose the connection completly and have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for it to come back. Rebooting doesn't fix it and all of the lights on my modem are correct whhile I loose the connection.

First thing I notice is that you have two antiviruses installed(AVG and Zone Alarm with antivirus). I recommend you uninstall AVG if you have a subscription to zone alarm. If you like zone alarm but are only using as a trial version you can get etrust antivirus free for one year here:

(etrust is what the ZA antivirus is. Its just been rebranded by Zone Alarm)

Your log looks good so it seems your problems might be because of the two antiviruses. Having to AVs will cause them to conflict with one another and can cause many problems including slowdown.

Get rid of one your antiviruses and let me know if you connection seems better.

Well I got rid of AVG and it seems to be running fine now. Thanks for the help.
