I think I posted that I had installation trouble a few days ago. That seems to have gone away.
I downloaded and installed the VB 6 runtime.
I also tried using Safe Mode.
I think I have the latest version 1.33.382
I sent one report to MS who came back and told me that I needed to upgrade to XP SP2. I have XP Pro SP2 with automatic upgrades enabled.
Would a Dr Watson log help?
It would also help if you didn't have to close Firefox.
