After cleaning, my start menu shortcuts were missing and when using programs they will not come back. Any thoughts?

This is a feature of CCleaner. Uncheck if you don't want the 'Recently Used Programs' list cleared.

sorry about that if i sounded a little rude, it wasnt intended to sound meanful!
this thread probably should have gone in the "Ccleaner Discussion" because its ccleaner related.
it helps people find similar problems easier if everything is organized.
