Did you install opera in the default location?

There was something before where opera 9 had two different types of installers. Add both of these to your winapp2 file and see if that works.

[Opera 9]
LangSecRef=3027
Detect=HKCU\Software\Opera Software
Default=True
FileKey1=%appdata%\Opera\Opera\profile|cookies4.dat
FileKey2=%appdata%\Opera\Opera\profile|global.dat
FileKey3=%appdata%\Opera\Opera\profile|vlink4.dat
FileKey4=%appdata%\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4|*.*
FileKey5=%appdata%\Opera\Opera\profile\cacheOp|*.*

[Opera 9 (Classic)]
LangSecRef=3022
DetectFile=%ProgramFiles%\Opera 9\Opera.exe
Default=True
FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\Opera 9\profile|cookies4.dat
FileKey2=%ProgramFiles%\Opera 9\profile|global.dat
FileKey3=%ProgramFiles%\Opera 9\profile|vlink4.dat
FileKey4=%ProgramFiles%\Opera 9\profile\cache4|*.*
FileKey5=%ProgramFiles%\Opera 9\profile\cacheOp|*.*

Try that and let us know.

Open a new notepad file and paste in both of the above things I put in code boxes. Go to file>save as> and name the file winapp2.ini
Then put that file in ccleaners program file.

Did you try just running the cleaner and see if it cleaned out the opera stuff?
I know the annalyze should work but I would try that before anything.

I'm not a full time opera user but ccleaner detected it on my computer fine and removes what its supposed to, so I'm not sure why some have issues and some don't.

Alright glad you got it to work. :D
I sent Mr.G a message about this so maybe he can get this fixed for good in the next release. ^_^

Also since you didn't seem to know about winapp2 then maybe you should look here:
http://forum.ccleane...?showtopic=1110

You can add all sorts of programs for ccleaner to clean.
