This has been nothing but a mess. How to i restore my system when i try it ask me to restart first plus it states that restore wont help me. Then I cant paste I can copy but not paste i can't get online.What can i do to fix this without formating my drive?

why do you want to restore it?
did you screw up your registry?
if so did you make a backup?
if you did, just go to "my documents" where the backup should be, right click it, and click merge.
could you give a little more information please?
