Will CCleaner remove these from an HJT Log?

No, it won't. But if you post a full hijack this log I would be more then happy to help you fix it up. :)

... if I may say something, concerning your issue,

"1.exe" is a Trojan and "Q383301.exe" aswell. ("1.exe" was even a kind of dialer-offset in earlier times as far as I can remember).

both malware programs link into the Registry of Windows for clean newstarts..

CCleaner cannot erase your System of Malware. The fact, that both of your Malware-Programs were in your Recycle-Bin at present time could mean, that you might have taken advantage of a Virus-Scan Service beforehand.

The O16- Entries are usually needed (HJT-Log) by the system.

Which is why I asked for a hijackthis log. So I could see what security software is on the computer and make an accurate assessment of what kind of malware is on the computer and how to clean it up. :)

Follow all the steps if you want or just post a log. :)

I assumed he did since he posted lines from his log(which I guess are his...) anyway that link I gave should explain things.
