Interesting...got it from a Youtube profile comment.

"People don't want to accept this fact, US politics is a product of its citizens. What you put into a democracy is what you get out of it. When 40-50% of registered voters don't participate, we have a problem.

Don't blame it on the institution, you are the institution.

Don't give me crap about people don't like politics, vote and participate. Many people simply don't care.

The tax code isn't complicated because of "tax and spend liberals" and "tax cuts for the rich" conservatives, its because YOU LET THEM BOTH DO IT. I did too, and I figured that out a while back. So I am going to actually talk with my rep, its a start."

i always vote. and have volunteered for the party that i vote for. politics are interesting and entertaining.
