I hoping that with the next version, CCleaner will wipe the location bar of SeaMonkey. What are the chances?

CCleaner isn't a spyware remover. Try Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, and some others. You can get them all and instructions on how to use them here.

I really do know what CCLeaner is ;)
Why would you think that cleaning up the location/address bar needs a spyware remover?

If it were going to happen CC would have to edit/mess with prefs.js and I don't think it has ever did that with any previous or current Mozilla browser.
Complexity of incoherent design.
