I haven't nailed it down to a CCleaner problem, but seems like just after I've installed and used CCleaner a few times, Outlook Express completely stops working and I have to reinstall the operating system to get it back. This is using version 1.32.345. This is an intermittent problem. Any thoughts?

Other people are trying hard to get rid of Outlook Express. But you are reinstalling the operating system just to get it to work.
So the question I wonder is...
Do you use it because;
A) You are stubborn.
You don't know better.
Most worms spread through Outlook Express. It is very insecure. Tryout Mozilla Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/
Along with Mozilla Firefox (unless you already do use it).
