First time poster here.

Love the prog. My issue is on another PC, shared by my kids. My oldest child's profile crashes when checking the system/temporary files box. It works fine for everything else. The second profile has the program running fine. Any suggestions? The first profile is the administrator.

Any and all replies will be greatly appreciated.

You can find out what's in the temp folder for that user profile by:

• Logging on to that user profile, not your admin account
  
• Clicking: Start->Run
  
• Type in: %temp%
  
• Click: OK
  
• In that temp folder click in the Windows Explorer toolbar: Edit->Select All
  
• Then click in the Windows Explorer toolbar whilst all files are selected: File->Delete

Rather this fixes the issue or not I don't know, however it will cleanse out that temp folder.

EDIT: That was the trick! Must have been well over 1100 items to delete in that Temp folder. Got rid of those, then ran CCleaner and it worked like a champ. Dang, you folks are good!
