Hi GAMEWARRIOR, Welcome to the forum,

You have traces of a few different infections there so it's best to run afew removal tools to make sure they are fully removed then take it from there.

You may want to print out these instructions for reference or copy and paste it to notepad then save it to your desktop, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and uninstall any programs by OIN if they are in the list

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.sub.../Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingc.../Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads a text file will open (report.txt), please copy and paste that into your next reply .

Next Download win32delfkil.exe.

http://users.telenet...in32delfkil.exe

Save it on your desktop.
Double click on win32delfkil.exe and install it. This creates a new folder on your desktop: win32delfkil.
Close all windows, open the win32delfkil folder and double click on fix.bat.
The computer will reboot automatically.
Post the contents of the logfile c:\windelf.txt, in your next reply.

Run Hijack This and choose Do A System Scan then place a check next to these entries

F3 - REG:win.ini: run=C:\WINDOWS\system32\dxdll\svchost.exe

O20 - Winlogon Notify: wincis32 - wincis32.dll (file missing)

Close all open browser and other windows except for Hijack This and press the Fix Checked button

If you have any Internet Connection problems after fixing the above malicious NameServer entry please go to Start -> Control Panel, and choose Network Connections. Then right click on your default connection, usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up, and left click on properties. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio button that says Obtain DNS servers automatically. Click OK twice, and restart your computer.

Optional Fixes

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = ht*p://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/...//www.yahoo.com

This was added by Yahoo but you can see from the address that the system is being redirected through red.clientapps before going to the Yahoo site, red.clientapps is Red Sheriff and a form of spyware although probably nothing nasty its recommended that it's fixed. Here's some info on Red Sheriff.

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

This restriction can be used by some malware to prevent you from changing settings like your homepage. It can also be set by you (using programs like Spybot S&D) to prevent malware changing your settings, or System Administrators to prevent their users changing settings. If you are sure that you or a system administrator didn't impose the restriction then check the entry for fixing with HijackThis.

Then delete these files if they are found:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dxdll\svchost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nopdb.dll

(Note, Make sure not to delete the svchost.exe file inside the system32 folder as that is a essential Windows file, only delete it if its found in the dxdll folder)

Finally download Combofix

Download this file - combofix.exe and save it to your desktop.

http://download.blee...Bs/combofix.exe

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When it's finished, it will produce a log of what it found. Please post the contents of that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running as it may cause it to stall

Please then post back the Wareout log (report.txt), Delfkil log (c:\windelf.txt), and the Combofix log

Thanks

Andy

Thanks for the logs,

Can you just have one file scanned as it appears to be random named, its set as hidden and system so you will have to set Windows to show them first:

Click Start. Goto MyComputer then C:\drive
Select the Tools menu from the top bar and click Folder Options. Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select "Show hidden files and folders".
UnCheck the "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" option.

Click Yes to confirm then OK

Set this back once you have checked the file by opening the same page and pressing the Restore Defaults button the click Apply and OK.

Next visit VirusTotal or Jotti's site and have this file scanned:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\E330A501C0.sys

Open the scan site and press Browse, locate the file and double click it to load the path into the Virus scan window then press Send (Submit if its on Jotti's site ), copy and paste the scan results back.

Please then post a new HijackThis log and let us know if your still having any problems

Cheers

Andy

Nice Work, That's a clean log :)

I have included afew recommended steps below to help protect your computer from future malware infections.

In order to protect yourself against spyware, you should consider installing SpywareBlaster if its not already installed. A tutorial on using SpywareBlaster can be found Here
  • Avoid illegal sites, because that's where most malware is present.
  • Don't click on links inside popups, messenger programs or spam email messages
  • Download free software only from sites you know and trust.
Please make sure to run your Antivirus software regularly, and to keep it up-to-date and also make sure your windows has the latest updates: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

More information on how to prevent malware and to explain how you got infected can be found Here (By Tony Klein)

let us know if you have any more problems

Andy
