hello,
I want to know how much space these back up files use and how long should I keep them?
And... is it ok? to create a folder and put the whole of them in it instead of these files listed one after another in areas I would appreciate less clutter, you know what I mean?

are you talking about the registry backups?
if so, i would only keep the last 5 to be safe.
you can move them where ever you'd like, just remember where you put them.
mine was only 455 bytes which is pretty small.
