Since you asked, I downloaded it, and installed it on my test PC.

#1. It says FREE, but in the help file it says it costs. The program has a time limit on it.
#2. I didn't like the GUI, sorta complex, and childish background images.
#3. It doesn't support as many programs as CCleaner does.
#4. It has a search for junk files. (Scans your hard drive for temp files, backups, and so on...) I don't like it when programs do that, it's just asking for trouble.
#5. Doesn't have that winapp2.ini support like CCleaner does. Has to be hard coded in the program (less likely on updates).
#6. ADVANCED MODE: You can choose the items you wish to cleanup. An automatic backup of your registry is created each time you run Zappit. Using this mode you have access to a full range of cleanup options. Advanced Mode allows you to remove a wider range of files, folders and settings than Safe Mode. Use Caution! Zappit is a powerful cleanup tool. Files, Folders and Registry items removed with Zappit cannot be recovered.

To put it shortly...

It doesn't even hold a candle to CCleaner.
