Autorun CC at Windows shutdown

Is there anyway to have CC run automatically when windows is shut down ?

It is really not recommended, at least if you have CCleaner set to empty the Temp folder by default.

This is because some applications put stuff in there during setup that they need on reboot in order to complete the install.

It is better to have it run automatically at startup instead.

Well I'd have to say it isn't a good ideal to have it run at startup either, only because I've had a few software titles before that continue setup after the system restarts, e.g.; some software for hardware, antivirus, etc.
Complexity of incoherent design.

If you want to be on the really safe side, I guess have to agree.
