So, one question, CCleaner is fantastic in my opinion but is too aggressive for notebook's hard disk??

im not quite sure what you mean.
it would be fine to run on a notebook, theres really no difference in what it does.
it just cleans the crap out so as long as you dont store stuff in temp folders, you'll be fine.
