Was going to post this in freeware but I am looking for opinions in that does it really do anything.

Extremely fast and Perfect Disk seems to show that it does some defragging.

Only a 50 kb no install exe and have done on an online scan at Kaspersky.

Quote:

free disk defragger for FAT/NTFS-partitions and removable disks under Windows NT/2K/XP, very small - exe-file only 50kb, zip-file 100kb, configurable file-sizelimit/blocksize, large-file-marks, cluster-viewer, file-search, very data-save through ntdll-defrag-api, source code included (ansi-c), actual version at product homepage

Another option is Defraf 2.20 from J.C. Kessels. Even smaller and faster.
