Was going to post this in freeware but I am looking for opinions in that does it really do anything.
Extremely fast and Perfect Disk seems to show that it does some defragging.
Only a 50 kb no install exe and have done on an online scan at Kaspersky.

Another option is Defraf 2.20 from J.C. Kessels. Even smaller and faster.
