taskbar hides some boxes

i moved my taskbar to the top of my screen and i like it better but when opening some programs, it hides the top of it so i barely get an X, minimumize, and resize. i cant even see the menu in the pic below. is there a fix for this?

Choose autohide & keep on top of windows in Taskbar Properties.

you have to be logged in to see the control pannel option up towards the top right corner of the page.

This should be posted in the Software section. ;)

You're getting the same behavior as when you had the taskbar on the bottom. It's just because the taskbar is set to "Always on top". Simply reposition your windows or change the height of your taskbar.
