I have usued advice here before to fix my cp and its worked great ever since. I now got a "new" cp, its from a rental place and i think it has issues due to it extreme slowness. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Johnny,
It would be helpful if you could give some info such as operating system, memory and the like.
Also what antivirus and malware programs are on it, have you run them? Have you done a defrag?
Are there any programs in add and remove which you haven't put there ? (perhaps left by a previous rental)
Also of course, have you installed ccleaner!!



EDIT... Just seen your log in hijackthis,you may want to see what Andy come's up with from your add and remove list before you do anything else.
