last time i used it, it was in english. you sure that it's not just the readme that's in Japanese?

foobar's plugin folder. usually located in "C:\Program Files\foobar2000\plugins"

i dont seem to have that folder. i just put the dll thing in the c program files foobar folder-is that ok?

which version of foobar are you using? the 0.9 installer installs to that path by default. if you installed it in "C:\Program Files\foobar" then put it in "C:\Program Files\foobar\plugins\"
