Hi...new to the forum and cccleaner. In Window Explorer I anaylzed the Run and it came up with 42mb of files the option is to "run cleaner" what happens when I click on this. Is it possible to lose some important files when doing this. It seems I have a few reading the topic but not answers to it as yet.

Thanks

DO NOT STORE STUFF IN TEMP FOLDERS.
if you dont do that, you'll be fine.
if your still wondoring what it deletes, look at what its telling you.
if it goes into folders that you dont know about or store stuff in, then its just trash and ccleaner will delete them.
