I originally posted under the wrong topic I guess and had said that I am having an issue with compaq organize disappearing and now not working hp had claimed that it might be from ccleaner. I have my doubts about that. So I am asking is it possible for ccleaner to wipe out the program completely and is there a way to get it back. I was told to use hijack and post it. CCleaner wipe out a program?

The log looks fine, I'm not sure why they would suggest Ccleaner is to blame for the program going missing.
If the program is no longer on your system then there really isnt a way to bring it back except to try System Restore (Start Menu > Help & Support > Undo changes to your computer with System Restore )
If its just the desktop shortcut that is missing then you maybe able to use Start Menu > All Programs to locate it then right click and choose Send To desktop (create shortcut)
Failing that maybe try to install it again (this below link has a upgrade link but you maybe best getting the download link from them to make sure its the correct one)
