It is a clean log.
Should you indeed no longer have MessengerPlus installed, just check and have HijackThis fix the following line:
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: MsgPlusLoader.dll
Otherwise, no further recommendations.
Happy surfing.

Hello TonyKlein.
Thank you for helping me.
Uh, I'm still having problems, and I really don't know if this is caused by an adware or spyware. For example, when I'm typing, the computer sounds (from motherboard), or when I type letter "b", it looks like "b...".(For example, when I type "www.blogger.com", it shows "www.b.logger.com").
Another problem I've seen was the display hanging, like Windows going in stand-by.
Do you think it's a spyware? I passed Avast!, and found many trojans. I removed all of them, and nothing (it seems) happened...

Nope, that's not the kind of thing spyware or trojans do...
Sounds more like hardware issues to me...

Well Tony, what do you recommend to me?

It might be bad memory, a bad vdeocard or something else, but I'm afraid I'm not a 'hardware guy'.
A few things you could certainly do is look to update your video driver, check for bad RAM, and have Windows verify the integrity of the system files (Start > Run > sfc /scannow
However, there may well be more at hand, and as that may be outside the scope of a board like this one, I'd have the computer looked over by a qualified tecnician
