are you willing to pay for programs that can change the appearance of your taskbars? if so then you would want to get WindowBlinds. you can get the latest version of it from this site.
http://filehippo.com...d_windowblinds/

its 60 days trial and then you'll need to pay for it.

where did you get that taskbar skin?

If you use visual styles this will change the taskbar colour, it's free too.

You could try using the trail version of Window Blinds. That's how I got this desktop:

It displays a splash screen I think, if you can find an older version of the trial I know that it doesn't have a time limit, unlike the newest one which has something like a 60 day limit.

Oh and uh, don't try to crack the latest version. It won't be pretty. The devs were sneaky.

Click here for a link to the freeware version of Window Blinds & Objectbar

Scroll almost to the bottom of the page to find the download link.
It says,

"So, if you want to try out WindowBlinds and ObjectBar, then you can click here for a freeware version of WindowBlinds and you can click here for a freeware version of ObjectBar. The freeware versions can be used for unlimited periods of time, but there there is a nag screen at the start of each program. You can't disable the nag screens. The only way to get rid of the nag screens is to buy the enhanced versions of WindowBlinds and ObjectBar."
