is wrong translated into german!

The word "only" is missing, so the german sentence makes no sense at the moment.

Please add the word "nur" in german translation

The sentence should be in german:

"Dateien aus dem Windows Temp Ordner nur löschen, wenn sie älter als 48 Stunden sind."

I had some problems in german to understand this sentence because its dosent makes a lot of sense.

You can't. Unless you are able to edit a .dll file.
I don't understand a word of german, but IMO in english
the sentence make sense also without "only"

Not if you think about it. A tickbox with "delete files in windows temp folders older than 48 hours" implies that if you don't tick it then files older than 48 hours aren't deleted and that's wrong.
