I have added a file to delete every time I run CC.

It says in the user guide that I have to tick 'custom files and folders' in the advanced options section.

I do not appear to have this option in the section.

I am using version 1.30.

Any ideas?

I have found the answer. I was looking at the wrong advanced options menu.
