Ok, so I had several spyware infestations and my computer just wasnt running so hot. I happen to stumble across this site that had a clean-up guide that got me back up and running. Here is the link:

It's just bare-bones-basic in my opinion, however it's alright for a do-it-yourself (DIY) cleanup. I however think Ewido Anti-Malware should be listed as a download for Win2000 and above systems as it removes allot of malware infections.

Also there's no mentioning of using any free functional (functional meaning it removes the s**t it finds versus just listing it) online virus scanning service such as Microsoft Windows Live Safety Center to remove viruses, trojans, worms, spyware if an antivirus isn't installed, or has been damaged/disabled by malware. Also stating that HijackThis isn't necessary is questionable because an analysis by a qualified HJT expert can find left-over remnants of an infection, although the guide is better than nothing because they do recommend running several programs for disinfection, overall not that bad.
Complexity of incoherent design.
