This is probably not a bug.

Since uninstalling AVG free,

When I "Scan for Issues" and fix all

I repeatedly see 2 activeX/Xcom issues reappear see image:

How do I get rid of these.?

You may have to manually navigate to the reg entries, right click and edit permissions in order to delete.

I use regseekers search function mainly to find any leftovers from programs and manually delete entries that I think are related.

Instead of finding one entry at a time it finds and shows all dregs at once.

I agree with Humpty. Ccleaner is a great cleaner but the Regsitry cleaner is not so deep. I really like that it's not so intrusive since I've never had any problem with what he deleted into my registry. I even removed the backup features to show how trust CCleaner.
As Humpty I use Regseeker as well but it can harm your system so please be carefully. A bit less intrusive is Eusing Free Registry Cleaner

Sorry but I should have been more specific about my use of Regseeker.

I use it mainly for it's search function.

Agree with qiwex in it being quite agressive.

I also mostly use RegSeeker's search function. As for the registry cleaning portion alone if used improper it can and will break allot of programs - especially if people unknowingly trust its results window.
Complexity of incoherent design.

If you don't know how to manually change the permissions read this post on how to do it with DAF.
