Found it.This was the setting in Ccleaners Winapp file that was generating the error.
[Mozilla - Saved Form Information]
LangSecRef=3026
LangRef=3164
Default=False
SpecialDetect=DET_MOZILLA
SpecialKey1=N_MOZ_FORMl
Last line,that last symbol after form shouldn't be there.Don't know how that happened.
Actually the symbol looks different in notepad.Similar to this ] with the bottom piece missing.
Oh well,prob solved.Just an unlucky glitch.
