CCleaner Help?

I love using Ccleaner but my only problem is that it deletes my searches out of Google and Ebay and takes the URL's out of my homepage Browser...
What do I need to do to stop this??

CCleaner works by deleting those kinds of files; ones that are useful to have but may take up unnecessary space. On the other hand, many people (myself included) prefer having internet histories and ther cache handy, even at the expense of hard drive space.
