I am trying to delete the catalog.psa file from Adobe Elements 4. I have added the file to the custom deletion list, but the CC does not delete the file. Any suggestions?

I gather that if you delete this file, you will lose the tags of images stored on your hard drive if they were in this file. (in case you didn't know)
