Hi, I downloaded cccleaner and have been having problems with my computer. I get popup messages that say shockwave the plug-in performed an illegal operation. You are strongly advised to restart Firefox.

Also, if I try to check the MSI option in CCcleaner, it always closes out and says it's not responding, and I have lots of Dr. Watsons Post Mortem Debuggers in my task manager. I would like to get rid of Internet Explorer so that popups never come up-as I hate internet explorer, and only use Mozilla. What can I do to get rid of all this crap?

Thanks a lot.

You would first need to give more information such as:
* Windows version and the service pack you're using.
* All of the software that's giving you problems.

You could have a malware infection as they're known to seriously disrupt a system.

To find out if you have a malware infection view the Spyware Removal Guide, and then post a HijackThis log here (not in this thread).

A forum member that's qualified to do HijackThis analysis will look at your log and give you suggestions.
Complexity of incoherent design.
