Hi Sharon, Welcome To The Forum
Its not looking that bad but there is a couple of entries to fix, After fixing these its worth running some scanners on your pc to make sure it's clean.
Run Hijack This and choose Do A System Scan then place a check next to these entries
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,Default_Search_URL = http:// www.searchv.com/w/search.html
O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = ?
O13 - WWW. Prefix: http:// ehttp.cc/?
O16 - DPF: {4B55FE21-325E-48D5-9B39-9B430D639EE8} - http: //www.contentpurity.com/ScanFile.CAB

O16 - DPF: {FF0C042C-98E9-4C36-B2EC-E21FDFDCEF75} - http:// download.redswoosh.net/Installer/104/rsinstaller.cab
Close all open browser and other windows except for Hijack This and press the Fix Checked button
Next download Ewido Anti-Malware from HERE
When the scan finishes, click on Save Report. This will create a text file that you can save to the desktop and post back
Finally run Panda Activescan from Here.
Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
- A new window will open...click the Check Now button
- Enter your Country
- Enter your State/Province
- Enter your e-mail address and click send
- Select either Home User or Company
- Click the big Scan Now button
- If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
- It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan
(Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
- When the download is complete, click on Local Disks to start the scan
- When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location so you can post it back.
Please post back the Pandalog, Ewido log and a new Hijack This log
Thanks
Andy

Thats a clean log
Optional Fixes
Run Hijack This and choose Do A System Scan then place a check next to any of these entries that you want to fix, close all open browser and other windows except for Hijack This and press the Fix Checked button
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
QuickTime's tray icon which doesnt need to start with Windows, Quicktimes movies will still automatically play when they are run. To stop it coming back right click the blue Quicktime Icon in the system tray then click Quicktime Preferences or access Quicktimes options on the Control Panel. Goto the Advanced tab and Uncheck the 'Install Quicktime Icon In System Tray' box then press Apply and OK and fix the above entry in Hijack This if it remains in the log.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k
dumprep.exe is Microsoft's fault logging software. When errors happen on the system this program will write the details to a text file and request the information be sent to Microsoft, the entry can be fixed if it remains in the log after a reboot.
O4 - Global Startup: Logitech Desktop Messenger.lnk = C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\LDMConf.exe
This is Installed with the software for Logitech & automatically checks for software upgrades and new products. Updates can still be done manually if they become available so this Backweb entry doesnt need to be running all the time on the system (See Here for more information on Backweb)
To help keep the machine clean Install Spywareblaster as it can prevent malware problems by blocking the popular spyware ActiveX controls and also prevents the installation of any of them via webpages.
Also make sure your windows has the latest updates: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
